Training Log: Day 44 of 99, Back and Biceps, Abs

Got home today at around 6:00pm and worked out from 9-10pm.  Did my favorite workout, back and biceps, alternating between lat pulldowns and shrugs.  Added the red band to my dumbbells for extra resistance on curls and it worked nicely.  In a good flop sweat – good workout.

Wasn’t motivated to do Ab Ripper tonight, but did 80 crunches and 100 side twists to at least give them a little work.  Off to bed.

  1. Good studd Dave. Sometimes it’s hard to follow up the workout with ab ripper. I always do it because when I think about it, it’s only about 10 minutes. As long as you’re still doing something for your abs I guess it’s not too bad.

  2. That’s my rationale too…I think it’s 15 minutes total, but sometimes if you’re working hard, I’m spent after the first workout.
