Training Log: Day 18 of 99, Cardio X and Running
I love Cardio X because it moves quick, and there’s a lot of variety…..got the Yoga, Kenpo, Plyo, and Core all rolled into one, but not too much of any one thing that it gets monotonous. Still hate the Yoga though….Warrior One, Two, and Reverse Warrior all tweak on my knees.
Started Phase II of the run training. Had been alternating 60 seconds of jogging with 90 seconds of walking for 20 minute totals the first two weeks. Today, I did a 90 second jog, followed by a 90 second walk, followed by a 3 minute jog, and then a 4 minute walk….add in the 2 minute walk warmup I did after Cardio and the total thing only lasted about 13 minutes. But….it’s a work in progress….when you’re 260 pounds, running hurts.
