Training Log: Day 17 of 99, Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper

Felt much more enrgetic this morning.  The day off was worth it.  Had a very strong Shoulders and Arms workout – went heavy and got a great burn.  Worked very hard.  Was definitely spent at the end today.

Knocked out Ab Ripper much to my chagrin.  Aside from Plyo and Yoga, I hate that workout the most.  However, I know how important it is to have a strong core to prevent injury, so it must be done.  Nothing burns like Ab Ripper X.

Cardio and Running tomorrow……bring on the pain.
